A Note of Appreciation
A huge “thank you” to all of the Canyon View members who generously donated swimsuits, beach towels and flip-flops for the Jackie Robinson YMCA “Learn-to-Swim” outreach, 2022. Additionally, several members contributed money to purchase items.
This is our 12th annual year of providing needed swimsuits for youngsters.
This season, we set a record for the number of children who will benefit! We delivered more than 85 swimsuits, 40 beach towels and 20 pairs of flip-flops.
This was a special year since the long overdue aquatic center was opened on June 24 at the Jackie Robinson Y. Your donations were acknowledged during live streaming coverage of the event.
Each year, the staff and members at the Jackie Robinson Y are overwhelmed by your generosity. You’ve helped fulfill another Canyon View outreach to “serve others”.
